Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are handled within one to three business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes three to seven business days. Expedited shipping usually arrives within one to three business days. Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays, weather delays, or high-volume periods.
After your package leaves our facility, you will be able to track it using the link provided in your confirmation email. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
We currently ship only within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us at info@physicianinthekitchen.net and we will do our best to assist you.
We can ship to P.O. boxes within the United States. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen after it has been shipped, please contact the carrier directly first, as they will have the most up-to-date information.
