What is gluten?
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. People who are sensitive to this have stomach problems when they eat it. By using gluten-free flour, our products provide a delicious dessert alternative!
Do any of your products contain food allergens?
Yes, our products may contain common food allergens such as milk, eggs, fish (e.g., bass, flounder, cod), crustacean shellfish (e.g., crab, lobster, shrimp), tree nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans), peanuts, wheat, soybeans. All foods are labeled with their ingredients, and allergens are easily identified.
How are your cakes shipped?
Cakes are prepared within 1-2 days of order placement and are sent via 2-day shipping.
Where are your products prepared?
Our products are prepared in a private kitchen, following local health department sanitation and food storage requirements.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Should your cake arrive damaged, please notify us at physicianinthekitchen@drmoniquemay.com so we may resolve the issue.
Where can I get my meals delivered?
At this time meal delivery is available only in the Charlotte, NC area.
